Back in the year 2021, we and our investors, invested in 26 units at The Apple. We were given the opportunity and free hand to design our very own layout for our units.
Year 2020 : Development of The Apple halted.
Year 2021 : Building of The Apple commenced.
There was a halt in the development of the Apple Residence building due to MCO.
When the lockdown was lifted in 2021, the development of the building continued full blast.
Renovation of IDM’s 26 units.
With the completion of The Apple building, our renovation works for all 26 units commenced. We were excitedly waiting to bring our design to life and seeing the end results.

Voila! Our dream design finally became a reality. And we are proud of it.
December 2023 : BlueBanana Serviced Suites by IDM took over.
With the completion, our hospitality division, BlueBanana Serviced Suites stepped in to run and manage the business as a service apartment for guests locally, nationwide and internationally.
Raking up to an average ROI of RM2500-3000 per month or more.
