We were excited to get started once again.
Once we got the keys, we proceeded to the most challenging part of all. Defect checking and rectification works! Just like for any other homeowners and investors, we feel you. It was a roller coaster ride.
Still, we manage to complete the works within 14 days.
While at the same time, we also completed our design works for the 32 units
The Result
We designed and built 32 units comprising of both 3 bedder & 4 bedder units types. All which are located at Tower A of M Vertica, taking up at least two levels of the said tower.
And the outcome?
We love it!
BlueBanana Serviced Suites by IDM took over.
And our guests love it too.
Yes, our hospitality division BlueBanana Serviced Suites by IDM took on M Vertica as we did with The Apple Melaka. The team stepped in to run and manage the business providing hospitality to our best, both professionally and personally, creating memorable moments for guests locally, nationwide and internationally.
Raking up to an average ROI of RM 2500-RM 3000 per month or more.
And we will keep doing it.
